Butchery A sells a kilo of beef at ksh 400 while butchery B sells a kilo of beef at ksh 550. Both source their meat from the same slaughterhouse.
How is A able to sustain his business yet he sells so cheaply? Even though A has more customers than B that price difference is too big. What is the secret here?
