Demulla Investments Limited is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to support software development and provide technical leadership to a team of five junior developers.

The successful candidate will help develop, maintain, and improve the company’s ERP and enterprise systems while ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

→ Develop and maintain full-stack applications, APIs, databases, and system integrations. → Support the development and enhancement of ERP systems. → Mentor junior developers, allocate tasks, and monitor delivery. → Conduct code reviews and enforce coding, testing, documentation, and security standards. → Resolve system defects, performance issues, and data integrity risks. → Manage deployments, servers, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. → Develop automated unit, feature, and end-to-end tests.
