The formal & informal are mirrors of each other; in our local market the informal is the backbone of economy, so it would make sense for the Gov't to streamline operations down there & offer entrepreneurs platforms to scale their businesses; Information is vital for business success yet somehow the people who need it the most don't always have access; ignorance is a factor yes but alignment & being on the right network is the main set back.
