This is for real men. Never despise a fellow man because he is down at the moment. Real men cover each other's shame and protect their dignity. They stand with fellow men in highs and lows. They never push them away or take advantage of them. They might not have all it takes to lift their burden fully, but they keep their spirit high by checking on them and supporting them where they can. That man who is down now is the guy who will rescue you tomorrow. He may be down now, but if he is making efforts, you can be sure he will raise. He will get another job, win another contract, get paid by those who owe him or come up with a breakthrough idea that will work. Don't think he is lazy because things haven't worked yet. Don't judge him. Be there for him! Real men never forget those who held their hand when no one else would. Only immature men bite the hand that fed them or fish in the fishing pond of those who taught them how to fish or bought them the first net. Be a real man! Do what real men do!
