This week, I’ve been applying a simple but powerful framework: the 3:3:3 Rule a productivity hack that helps me stay focused, avoid burnout, and make real progress each day.
3 Hours Deep Work – I block out 3 hours daily (usually in the morning) for distraction-free, focused work on high-impact tasks like design projects, animation, or strategy planning.
3 Medium Tasks – I then tackle 3 medium-level tasks such as editing visuals, replying to client messages, or prepping content drafts—things that move the day forward without draining my energy.
3 Quick Wins – Finally, I wrap up with 3 small tasks like checking analytics, organizing files, or updating a caption—giving me a sense of accomplishment and momentum.
This simple rhythm keeps my day intentional, structured, and flexible—perfect for both creative bursts and admin flow. Bonus: it’s easy to track and feels like progress without pressure.
