TROLLEY BUSINESS.

Back in 2022, I wanted to INVEST in this business. So this is how it happens. Guys HIRE them then pay you some amount per day per trolley ranging between Ksh. 200-Ksh. 300.

I wanted to start with 30 of them so as usual in any business you must have Facts and Figures. I went to City Stadium pale Juakali where they are made.

Back then one trolley went for Ksh. 4,500 but I burgained and they agreed to do one for me at Ksh. 3,800 because they were many. That totaled Ksh. 114,000.

Nikapiga hesabu if I get paid Ksh. 200 per trolley, within 20 days I will have had my “Return on Investment.”

Guys, hii sio Story ya Jaba, it is REAL.

Now, the next step was City Hall. I wanted to know how the licensing is done, if any, just to be safe because hii Nairobi before you get into a new business, to be safe you have to ensure your books with Kanjo guys is CLEAN.

Now this is where I got the SHOCK of my life. I was told to STOP thinking about it and do other things.

The Trolley and Mkokoteni Business in Nairobi CBD is controlled by very very POWERFUL people in both City Hall and pale juu.

I was given some names of the people who CONTROL it nikanyamaza.

If you buy one ni sawa but they CANNOT allow an outsider to do it in BULK the way I wanted.

Hii Kenya/Nairobi iko na wenyewe. I was told even the spaces you see za kuuza gazeti kwa street are controlled by people in the system.

The people we expect to create opportunities for us, are the same ones BLOCKING them.

Just like that I shelved my DREAM.
