Ingredients.
- Arrowroots (Nduma)
- Cassava (Muhogo)
- Peanuts (Njugu)
- Hot Milk/ water
- Sugar/ honey
How to prepare;
- Boil cassava and nduma separately.
- Fry your peanuts and blend them.
- Boil your milk and hot water separately.
- Cut the boiled cassavas and ndumas into small pieces and mix them.
- Add the mixture to the peanuts in the blender.
- Top up the mixture with some hot water or milk and blend them again.
