Uji power has many benefits. It is good for lactating mothers, boosts libido, improves one's sugar levels and also helps in body building. We've all heard of this fantastic porridge.

Ingredients.

  1. Arrowroots (Nduma)
  2. Cassava (Muhogo)
  3. Peanuts (Njugu)
  4. Hot Milk/ water
  5. Sugar/ honey

How to prepare;

  1. Boil cassava and nduma separately.
  2. Fry your peanuts and blend them.
  3. Boil your milk and hot water separately.
  4. Cut the boiled cassavas and ndumas into small pieces and mix them.
  5. Add the mixture to the peanuts in the blender.
  6. Top up the mixture with some hot water or milk and blend them again.
