Valuing small businesses is not easy, once you merge business expenses with personal spending there is no coming back; with the current economic standard people do this to survive, but this single act makes business expansion a nightmare. Unemployment is a factor, small earning is a factor as well but separation of business & personal life is the beginning of the long term success of your venture. All this sounds good in theory, I don't do it myself I have repeatedly failed to hold that discipline & I honestly envy people that do that with ease yet deep down I know to have a different out come in My business this is something I need to fix. someone talked about letting go & alignment in business & clearly if your nerve system isn't regulated your emotions tend to get in the way of your business & career progression.
