BUSINESS MANAGER – KENYA BRANCH (GCF)
Location: Nairobi, Kenya — with travel across assigned regions Employment Type: Full-time Department: Business Operations Reports to: Group CEO (Ghana)
MONTHLY SALARY: KSH 100,000 – 120,000
Lead the setup, growth, and successful operations of the new Kenya branch while driving sales, market expansion, product launches, and FMCG brand growth across East Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Kenya branch setup, operations, compliance, budgets, and P&L management. Develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Expand distribution across mass markets, modern trade, and e-commerce. Develop marketing and brand-growth strategies. Lead product launches and go-to-market execution. Manage distributors, retailers, key accounts, and strategic partners. Monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitive activity.
