
When doing sales focus on the more units sales not the margin. Margin will sort itself later.
When My business was on Top-notch I was the cheapest one so that I cater for all but whenever I found a BIG FISH ofcourse I could pitch high. This is how I beat my competitors until they started messing with me to make sure Am not in the market again.
One could target 2500/- profit for a product costing 4000/- but I targeted just 500/- -700/-. I had clients streaming , many many referrals my friend could sell one or two in a month and I could do 100units + a monthπ€·ββοΈ.
And later on you can increase your margin since they now trust you and you have worked with them for long plus you now have a large pool of customers. You can tell them the economy is high and there is an increase of 400/- per product. π That way if you were selling 100+ per month you have ana increase of 40,000/- in your bank with no complaint π€·ββοΈπ.
