Which is the better question?
“How do I pay less tax?”
Or:
“How do I profit more?”
I think the second question matters more.
Tax planning is important.
But spending KSh 100 just to save tax on that KSh 100 doesn't make you richer.
It just means you spent money to reduce the tax on money you spent.
Build the profit first.
Then ask:
“How can I make my tax position as efficient as legally possible?”
Maybe tax planning should support profitability—not replace it.
