Yesterday I was in town and I witnessed something that left me feeling so bad , why would someone fight a customer just because ameshikashika vitu then akakosa kulipa. In bussiness you should always practice patience. Customer wako na different personalities and you just have to accommodate them . Why would you fight a client that will come back tomorrow because of that food customer service? Let's always practice good customer service at all costs!!
