You either loooveee mutura or you absolutely hate it. There's no in-between. And I know kuna mesher in this biz too. Let me show you how to make it, leant from the best;. Mutura is made from the internal organs of an animal could be a cow but mostly it's goat. This is how my grandfather makes mutura. Let me know how you make yours kwa comment section we also learn from you. Is it any different?
You'll need *All internal organs (I used everything except the liver which we cooked separately. I also didn't use up all of the tripe (matumbo) because some people wanted to eat it separately as well. *Remember to set aside the large intestines because that is our stuffing pocket *Boil all the internal organs till completely cooked and tender *Cut in to small pieces *In a pot fry some onions, garlic and dhania stems *Add in your pre cooked meat *Mix and add fresh dhania leaves *Season with a beef cube and some salt *Leave it to cool *Use the top part of a bottle to stuff the mutura like I did in the reel. This will make your work easier *Secure the ends with a toothpick *Cook on a charcoal grill making sure to turn off any flames with some water *Once ready serve hot with ugali and Kachumbari 🤤🤤🤤🤤
Save this so you can try during Easter
