Brian started Bio Energy and is changing how people handle waste in Kenya.
His business focuses on water resources management, renewable energy, and chemical supply.

Brian anasema his main goal is to protect the environment while earning a living.
He wanted to start something that helps people and also supports a cleaner future.
“I wanted a business that creates impact and still pays me,” he says.
He started his hustle with zero capital. Using his ICT background, he designed his own logo, opened social media pages, and posted ads on Jiji.
"Started with zero capital. I have a background in ICT and so I did my own branding and opened social media pages and posted ads on jiji.
Got my first client, went for a site visit, convinced the client to give me a deposit and that's how I got my company up and running," he shares.
Most of his early customers walitoka Jiji. By offering good service and keeping his word, they began referring him to others.
Brian believes that quality service is the secret to keeping customers coming back.
He enjoys the work because it allows him to travel, meet new people, and see how his projects improve lives.
“Every time a system works well, I feel proud,” he says.
The journey has not been easy. Sometimes the construction industry slows down, and that affects business.
But Brian ana believe every season, good or bad, has something to teach.
Also, some clients don’t fully understand how biogas works, so education and trust-building are key.
Is biogas installation and services a good business?
Like Brian, you don’t need huge capital to start. You mainly need technical knowledge, a few tools, and marketing skills.
You can start small, promote your services on social media, or by word of mouth and grow as you get clients.
More Kenyans, especially in rural and peri-urban areas, are looking for cheaper and sustainable energy alternatives.
With the high cost of gas and electricity, biogas ni a smart option for homes, schools, and farms.
Biogas systems solve two problems at once, waste management and energy production. They turn animal waste or food waste into clean gas and fertilizer.
If you have the skills, you can approach potential customers and sell them this solution especially in the rural areas.
