One of the secrets to keeping customers loyal is creativity.
He works hard to improve his marketing skills and ensures his products remain affordable.
“Sometimes you give a small offer, just kidogo tu, and the customer feels valued.
They come back,” he explains. Good communication, listening to clients, and building trust have also kept him in business.
